Girls Day, ALL Day
So every year around Mothers day we have a Sorrority Sister Retreat. All the girls that I have kept in contact from Mesa Community College Institute Lambda Delta Sigma have a day together. Years past we have slept in a hotel, but these last couple of years we have been doing a full day of Fun! We started out with a movie (Letters to Juliet) great movie. We had lunch, pedi, shopping and dinner. We ended the night with talking, laughing, crying and just about wetting my pants. I feel so refreshed when I come home even though it was 2am but I love to get together with them. We have all been through so much and there is no judgement. I love my LDS ladies. Of course I forgot to get out my camera but that's ok, I have a brainfull of funny and exciting memories to last me awhile.

Everyday is Mothers Day
What more can you ask for? Every day is Mothers day! Even though yes a mother does most, she does recieve the best rewards daily. What more can you want then a Mom your the best, YOU are my favorite MOM! Huge amounts of hugs and kisses and so much more. I love being William and Annie's mom, yes sometimes it's difficult not a day goes by that I say to my own mother " How did you do it with 6? I only have two and I want to run away" I admit that it's really the hardest job but I won't and could never give my two weeks notice because of what joy they bring into my life. I appreciate all that they teach me on a daily basis but I had the greatest training by a proffesional, some may know her as Brenda but we know her as MIMI. I couldn't ask for a better mother and friend. She truly is my best friend in so many ways. I don't care how much money my husband was offered to move I could never leave my Mother.

My little Annie
Happy Birtday to my little Annie. She is Two and was born 4/8/2008 at 2:22am, weighing in at a hefty 3lbs 5oz, oh yes that little girl is one giant of a girl now. I can't imagine my life without this little spitfire. She keeps me going and alert. There is nothing better than being her mom. She is starting to turn into such a girlie, she will wear bows on a regular basis and she loves dresses and shoes. She enjoys playing with her big brother and loves him so much. We celebrated her birthday at Mimi's house on Sunday with some cupcakes and yummy lemon cake. She got a tricycle and helmet from Steve and I. Mimi got her clothes, ball and shoes. Her Grandma and Grandpa Nelson gave her a card and some money. She is one special little girl and I can't wait to see what this year brings.

Spring Break
Our first family trip to California. We were all so excited to go, especially William. It is the best feeling to see your children enjoying themselves. They were so happy in Disneyland. William walked and walked but never complained. We went with my Mom,Dad. Heather, Kelsey, Zach. Brittney, Brooke and Gage. We had a blast with each other. We stopped at the beach on Saturday on the way home to show them where we used to stay as a family for Spring Break and the kids got in the water. They were in heaven, even though the water was cold. As a Mom this was the greatest experience with my children. This is a memory I hope to never forget.

Steve and I celebrate our 10yr anniversary on March 11th. I love being married to Steve. We have a such a good life together. Our two children keep us so busy we hardly have time to spend with one another, but sometimes late at night we talk in bed about how boring our life was before our children. I tease him often that I can read his mind because we have been married so long.
We have had so many adventures together. I just want him to know that I love and appreciate his willingness to work so that I can stay with my two little monsters each day. He takes good care of his family.
Our first date was Feb 16th 1999, we got engaged October 30, 1999 and married March 11th 2000.
William was born Dec 9, 2005 and then Cheyenne "Annie" came along April 8th 2008. Life is great and I wouldn't trade it for anything. I love you Stevie.

Christmas Morning
It is so wonderful having little children. Opening presents is so much fun. William was so excited for each and every gift that he recieved. Annie didn't know what to think but wanted to play with Williams toys once they were unwrapped. Steve kept giving her a gift and she would give it back to him, it was so funny. It is such a joy to have these two sweet babies. I love them more and more each day.

Merry Christmas
Didn't get a chance to send out Christmas cards this year so I thought I would compose a Christmas letter on my blog to read!
Mom(Me)-I am at home with William and Cheyenne aka: Annie and currently watching several other children. I serve in the Primary as the Chorister and love teaching the children of our ward new exciting songs about Jesus and the gospel. My greatest joy is watching my children grow and learn daily. I love being a mom and treasure the time I get to spend with both William and Annie. I am grateful for the gospel and the sacrifice of Jesus on my behalf. My family is my most prized possesion. I love my Mom and Dad and all that they do for me on a daily basis.
Steve- Is currently working for Bank of America as a Business Analyst. He loves his job and loves to play with his children. He is currently serving as the 1st counselor in the Sunday School Presidency. He is busy keeping the front and back yards landscaped and clean and loves to play with William and Annie. He is a good father and husband and I am grateful to have him.
William- He just turned 4. He is getting so big and smart. He says the funniest things and is starting to help me more around the house with little chores. He just got his own room and is such a big boy. He keeps me going with his energy. I love being his mom and friend. He still gives me kisses and hugs and loves to wink at me.
Cheyenne aka Annie- She is 20 months and really keeps me going. She is into everything I really can't turn my back on her. She loves to run and jump and love on her brother. She is becoming such a girl and likes to wear my shoes and carry purses around. She has a sweet personality and loves to babble all the time. She also loves to carry the phone around and talk to the air.
Our greatest joy is being parents and belonging to the Church, it has helped us in many ways throughout this year. Wishing you all a wonderful Christmas.
The Nelson Family.
